Is It Time to Seek Help for Anxiety?
Feeling anxious is normal, but when anxiety becomes constant or interferes with daily life, professional support may be the right step. You may benefit from immediate anxiety care if you’re experiencing:
- Frequent panic attacks or sudden fear
- Persistent worry that disrupts sleep or concentration
- Physical symptoms like chest tightness, nausea, or trembling
- Trouble functioning at work, school, or in relationships
- A sense of losing control
Our team is trained to assess the severity of your symptoms and guide you toward the right level of care. If outpatient treatment is appropriate, we’ll begin right away. If emergency or inpatient care is needed, we’ll coordinate a safe referral.
Walk In Anxiety Support
MindShift fills a critical gap in the mental health system. We provide outpatient anxiety care for people who don’t need the ER, but also can’t wait weeks for therapy. You can walk in or call ahead to schedule an appointment. We’re open Sunday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
